Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
~Joy and Jams offers free ground shipping on standard orders $100 or more, within the 48 contiguous states. For Alaska and Hawaii, a $20 standard shipping fee and a $48 overnight shipping fee applies.
~Orders under $100
Standard Shipping (7-10 business days) is $7.99
Priority Shipping (4-5 business days) is $14.99
Overnight Shipping (1 business day) is $27.99
Where do you ship?
Currently, we only ship with the US.
When do you ship?
We strive to process orders within 1-2 business days, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 12pm PST, on weekends and/or holidays, will be processed the following business day.
While every effort is made to deliver your order as soon as possible, shipping times are not guaranteed.
Returns & Exchanges
What is the Return and Exchange Policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Joy and Jams does not offer exchanges.
How do I return an item?
To start a return, you can contact us at support@joyandjams.co. If your return is accepted via email, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
What if I need to exchange for a different color or size?
Joy and Jams does not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Can I return my gift?
Yes. Gift returns for items purchased from www.joyandjams.co will be issued a store credit, redeemable only on www.joyandjams.co, and are valid for up to 30 days. For items purchased directly from www.joyandjams.co, the original order number and the shipping zip code will be needed.
How much time do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
When will I receive a refund for my return?
We will notify you by email, once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days after your return is received. Please note it may take several business days to reflect on your bank statement. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
Ordering
Can I cancel or edit an order?
To change or cancel your order, email us at hello@joyandjams.co. Please include your name, address, order number and the item you wish to cancel. If the item has not already shipped, it will be canceled immediately. If the item has shipped, email us regarding the return of the item so we can prepare a return shipping label and refund your account.
Do you offer price matching?
Price matching will only be offered for items that are sold at an authorized online Joy and Jams retailer, who is actively selling the same style, size, and color coinciding with present offerings listed on the Joy and Jams website.
